Parent Teacher Conferences - Apr. 1 & 2
Report Cards and Progress Conferences:
Term 2 wrapped up prior to March Break, so P-6 teachers are finalizing their report cards this week. Report card links will be sent home on March 31st. As always, please allow some time for all emails to be delivered (and check your junk mail!) If you have not received your student’s report by Wednesday, April 1st please contact Ms. Jenn and she will be able to troubleshoot/send you a copy of the report. (Please make sure that you’ve opted in to receiving emails from the school/region!)
HES will be holding student-led progress conferences on Wednesday, April 1st from 4:00-6:00pm, and Thursday, April 2nd from 8:30-11:00am. This means that your student will be present and will lead you through some activities and/or share some of their term 2 work with you. There will be multiple students and grown ups in the room so it will not be a time for private conferences. As always, please reach out to your student's teacher if you would like to arrange a time to speak privately about your student.
Please fill in the relevant form(s) below to sign up for a slot with your student's teacher(s). Time slots will be removed as they are claimed; the time slots that you can see are what is still available.
*You will not receive confirmation from your student's teacher(s) - the time that you submit on the form will be your conference time!* (You will receive a confirmation email from Google Forms with the answers you submitted.)
If your student is unable to attend the conference times, you will most likely want to have the teacher contact you to set up an alternate time to meet. The conferences are designed to have students in attendance. The teacher may be able to provide you with some work samples, but they will not be able to have a private conversation with you at that time.
